OurStory

Abundancia Bakery ProductsSince 2002

A Story Built on Tradition, Work, and Growth

Abundancia Bakery was born more than 20 years ago in Queens, New York, as a small bakery serving traditional Colombian products to a growing community far from home.

What began with bread and baked goods quickly evolved. Our founder understood early on that food is not just about nourishment—it’s about family, familiarity, and connection. By listening closely to customers and adapting to their needs, Abundancia expanded beyond a traditional bakery into a full-service food operation offering both baked goods and freshly prepared meals.

That ability to evolve has defined Abundancia ever since.

From Neighborhood Bakery to Structured Production

As demand grew, so did the need for consistency and efficiency. Abundancia invested in building a centralized production plant in New York, allowing us to standardize recipes, improve quality control, and scale responsibly.

Today, our production facility supplies multiple company-owned restaurants operating 24/7, while also serving external clients. Every product is made following the same recipes, processes, and quality standards—so customers receive the same taste, texture, and experience every time.

This transformation marked a turning point: Abundancia became not just a bakery, but a reliable food producer.
