Preparation Cheese Sticks

  • Heat the oil over medium-high heat until it reaches the ideal temperature of 325–330°F (162–165°C).
  • Place the frozen cheese sticks into the oil in small batches. Do not overcrowd the fryer or add too many at once.
  • Fry for 8–10 minutes. They should brown gradually, not too quickly. Move them occasionally and gently until they reach an even golden color.
