Preparation Pandebono

  • Move the product from the freezer to the refrigerator the day before baking to obtain better results during the bread rising process.
  • Place the product in the proofing cabinet for approximately 25 to 30 minutes.
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  • Bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Do not open the oven before 15 minutes, as this affects the product’s rise.
  • After minute 15, check the product’s color to determine when to rotate the tray, so the baking process is even.
